I’ve only been to this dentist twice so far, but both visits have gone really well. The hygienist was great, gentle, thorough, and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment feel smooth. Dr. Ma has a very confident, take charge presence, and he was professional, straightforward, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The office is clean, efficient, and the staff is friendly. Overall, they’ve made a strong impression, and I feel good about continuing my care here.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! From my initial call to schedule an appointment, every interaction—from the front office staff to the doctor—was marked by kindness and professionalism. After experiencing the worst toothache of my life, Dr. Bierman and his team accommodated me on extremely short notice for an emergency procedure, swiftly alleviating my pain. I am truly grateful to have discovered them. Dr. Bierman was exceptional: both empathetic and highly skilled, he explained my situation and treatment plan clearly. Having recently moved, I was searching for a new dentist, and I am confident I have found the right one.

The staff and Dentists are absolutely amazing. I’ve had lots of work done by this office and it is so easy and stress-free they make going to The dentist, comfortable and A positive experience. They are very professional and very good at what they do and use all of the new technology in dentistry, which makes things very easy for the patient. Customer service is top-notch as well thank you so much for the front desk staff, there excellent customer service and kindness goes a long ways. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit where I go in for my cleaning in a few months absolutely love this dentist office.

The new office is spacious and huge. Sophia is the dental hygienist to go to. Sophia is amazing - I had such a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist and truly can’t recommend her enough. she always make me feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly demeanor and calm professionalism. She is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, yet gentle at the same time — something that’s not always easy to find.
