I paid you guys at the beginning of the month.I’m tired of having to pay you guys 200+ dollars a month for a service for you guys not to do anything about your broken system and constantly returning my payments, even though I double check and even transferred the money every single month and I manually pay it even though it’s an auto pay and even then it doesn’t like my account it continuously returns my money. It makes me double pay them every single month it’s a system error on their end and they won’t fix it. It’s ridiculous that I even have the app to pay them when their app continuously returns. The payments and I have to double pay every month Their system is broken on their end if it’s returning payments this much And it’s saying that there’s insufficient funds when there’s not fix your whatever program you use SDG&E because this is ridiculous! I don’t have $400 a month plus to pay you guys fix it.

I want to give a huge Thank you to Damian! I had a flat tire due to a rock slide on the Ortega Highway! I am 57 years old and female, I couldn't break the lug nuts to change my tire. Damian stopped behind me and not only broke the lug nuts but changed my tire for me! He was amazing and helped me so I wouldn't be stranded in an area with no phone service.Thank you so much Damian for being a great person!

As I write this, the power has been off for more than 2 1/2 hours, and the estimated restore time has been increased to 8 hours past the original estimate, with absolutely no reason given other than “The cause of the outage is unknown and still under investigation.” Earlier, I called and had to go through a maze of a recorded voice system to reach a real human being, who told me that crews are on site but still haven’t determined what caused the circuit to fail. With the increased estimated restoration time, I’m worried about the food in the fridge and freezer because it will last for only so long, and we can’t afford to replace it. Our power goes out more often here than at any other locations we’ve lived, and SDG&E never gives us a clear reason why when it happens. Sometimes it lasts for 5 minutes, sometimes for several hours like tonight. And the company’s rates are extremely high despite the fact that we use very little electricity. And where is the competition for better rates? SDG&E is the only game in town. In short, we’re tired of being ripped off as the power is not as dependable as it should be, and as there is no real transparency or accountability. SDG&E should pay

We've been living in our house for 2 months awaiting final inspection after a remodel. Everything is held up by their Metro Development Office passing our project from planner to planner. Meanwhile, our homeowners insurance is threatening to cancel our policy because we haven't receved final inspection, which the City can't complete until SDG&E signs off. Nightmare!

hoarding electricity from their customers even when they know the power was turned off in the first place due to administrative issues out of their control. No humanity in this company at all and these people are the appitomie of why everyone is so sick and tired of SDGE nothing but bad reviews due to a horribly coordinated team.
