Thanks to not having dental insurance for 3+ decades, needless to say I needed quite a bit of dental work when I first showed up at the dental office, initially drawn by its convenient location near the bustling Clement st. From typical cavity fillings, deep cleaning, root canals to implant. I was treated by both Dr. Tran and Dr. Baysac, who are not only kind and caring, but also experienced and skilled. Plus Dae and Christy at the front desk are super stars as well. I’ve been with this dental office for 6+ years and it’ll stay that way.

I’ve been going to Dr. Baysac (and Lily, my hygienist) for years. They are so thorough and lovely. I feel like a real patient rather than a number. They communicate really well, their staff is helpful. They are really the best in modern day healthcare. I travel to SF from Marin because I trust them so much.

What matters most in a dental office is walking out with a clean smile you feel confident about—and this team absolutely delivers. I hadn’t had a cleaning in two years, but my hygienist, Tina Ng, was truly exceptional. She struck the perfect balance between being incredibly gentle and impressively thorough, especially in areas with heavy buildup. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care completely transformed what could have been an uncomfortable visit into such a positive, reassuring experience. During the appointment, she took X-rays and the team identified a few spots that needed fillings, which I really appreciated catching early. Yoko at the front desk went above and beyond—she was so empathetic about my tight schedule and managed to fit me in the very next day. Dr. Chow handled my fillings and was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was communicative, attentive, and deeply considerate of my comfort. Even though the cavity was in an awkward spot, she made sure I felt completely at ease the whole time. Overall, an incredibly professional, caring, and efficient team—but Tina truly stands out and made this an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

i had a wonderful experience at this dentist office! the front desk was welcoming and friendly. dae helped me book my initial appointment and was very helpful with all my questions. the dentist was gentle and kind. they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. i really appreciate the clear communication and explanation of my dental health. they were able to answer all of my questions and came up with a health plan. the office is very clean.

My first experience here was great from beginning to end! I arrived 5 minutes early and was able to get seen right away. Since I did the intake process online and the scheduling seemed well paced, there was no waiting room boredom flipping through random magazines or scrolling on my phone. The entire staff was welcoming and warm. I have to admit I was very hesitant because of bad experiences with other dentists & the amount of time since my last visit. Although I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, I truly felt like the staff there were able to balance objective reality of my health with non-judgemental compassionate care. My hygienist, Sandra, was really gentle and great with walking me through each step so I knew what was going on. My dentist also performed the exam and decided my care plan with efficiency and clarity. They also have all the latest imaging technology and tools, which was a plus! All of these things help put my mind at ease during a process that can feel quite intimidating. Looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Dae for the recommendation!
