The financing process was straightforward, with clear explanations of every step and no unexpected surprises. I also appreciated the transparency regarding pricing and vehicle features. The service department deserves recognition as well. Scheduling was easy, the work was completed on time, and the team kept me informed throughout the visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. I had a great experience at San Francisco Honda. Giancarlo Cruz was very friendly, professional, and helped me with everything throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable while looking at my options. I was able to get a 2026 Acura Integra Urban Gray Pearl, which was an amazing car. Giancarlo Cruz was patient, and never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend asking for Giancarlo Cruz if you’re looking for a vehicle. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I leased (technically on behalf of my mother) a new 2026 Honda Civic sport Hybrid from San Francisco Honda Dealer and the experience working with them was great. Wonderful customer service, willing to help and answer any questions we had and get us through the process in a way that was not only comfortable, but very low pressure and incredobly transparent. It helps that I know enough of how to navigate the process. We worked with Van and James and they were both responsive and receptive to feedback. Van is a very no-nonsense kind of guy and I appreciate that. He made the process seamless and easy. Even when issue came up and discrepancies arose due to the speed at which the deal was executed (we had a very tight window), they made it right and exceeded expectations on every front. Got the price point we wanted, for the right car and trim level. No BS. No hassle. No up selling. The car was delivered to the house by James, and he brought all the necessary paperwork and technical details with him to get the delivery done efficiently. They made it a very smooth transaction, and he helped my mom learn about her new car. James was very pleasant, professional and very happy to help in a

I want to give a big thank you to San Francisco Honda for their amazing service! I especially want to recognize GianCarlo and his team for helping us find the car we really wanted. Even though our credit wasn't great, GianCarlo worked hard to get us a brand new car. From the moment I first messaged him with questions, he was always friendly and helpful. Meeting him in person was a pleasure; he is truly kind and easy to talk to, treating everyone with respect. Our three-hour trip was definitely worth it!🙏
