Seen many pawnshops. Around or in downtown perhaps. This one is the best though, they often have great stuff. Bought multiple rings from them. Add to that, everyone who works here is very nice (which is hard for this sort of occupation). Polite and friendly, with a good taste too. Specifically Damien! He is the man. Must go in if you are in the neighborhood!

Huge shoutout to not only this business but Alex their manager! I first stumbled across this business with my dog ( super dog friendly and give them treats!!) on our daily walks. Every time I walk by the security guard and Alex wave and say hi. Over the past year, I have had jewelry untangled, bought a beautiful necklace and love to see what new items have come in. Highly recommend coming in just to browse and shop! Really impressed with the kindness and customer service. Thank you!!

By far one of thee best places to get good quality, and antique jewelry, comics, anything your heart desires. I work at a secondhand store a few feet from them and I go in all the time. My jewelry collection grows more when I hit them up. All my customers ask me where I get my bling from, and I point them to Santa Monica Jewelry and Loan 😎 the crew is amazing and they know their stuff. Go get you a ring or pendant from them!!

Went there for their expert appraisers made an appointment went in VERY disappointed. I made it a point to bring my $40,000 bracelet that is a Picasso just to see if they were going to be honest about my jewelry they told me, They would be able to offer me $1,000 dollars, Shocked to say the least....I had the appraisal paperwork with me which I didn't even bother to show him at this point, I was very disappointed, I used to love Santa Monica jewelry, they used to be a very honest company apparently something is taking a turn for the worst. At this point I was sick to my stomach but I didn't say anything I just kind of smiled and showed him a few other little things. I showed him some other rings one that I just bought at Tiffany's for $17,000 about 6 months ago the guy told me that they would give me $200 for it. I seriously wanted to laugh I couldn't believe that this guy was trying to pull a fast one. ALL IN ALL GO SOMEPLACE THAT'S HONEST THIS PLACE THEY'RE NOT HONEST, THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO GET ONE OVER ON PEOPLE AND SOME PEOPLE REALLY NEED THE MONEY TO HELP THEIR FAMILIES OR FOR THEMSELVES IN THIS DAY AND AGE. I'M SORRY BUT THEY GET A BELOW ONE STAR HONESTY SHOULD HAVE BEE
