This not being the first year Schwartz & Schwartz preparing our taxes. I must say the service has only declined. Multiple inquires have went unanswered, ability to e-sign documents is incredibly difficult and not figured out how to present for signature to a client requiring multiple people to sign just to name a couple. If we continue with Schwartz & Schwartz we will be requesting an in person appointment. Your online service has much to be figured out before presenting to a client. Best,
