On the 28th of March my father passed away. It was 5:00am on Saturday morning. After the Fire Dept came and pronounced him deceased I was advised to call the Funeral Home. I was treated with utmost kindness from the person on the phone. It was approx 2 hours later when they arrived to remove Dad's body. The 2 people who came were very professional, informative and at the same time comforting. On the following Monday I was contacted by Dione. She was a dream to work with and explained the process in detail. When I picked up Dad's ashes a couple of weeks later I was met with kindness and condolences. My heart was touched again a few weeks later when I received a text message asking if I was OK and if I needed anything. In my opinion this is going above & beyond in service. One of the things they shared in the text was that grief & healing takes time and to be gentle & patient with myself. Please contact them to make arrangements for yourself or family as they are the best in the business. Again, thank you Dione and everyone at Sierra View Funeral Chapel.

Having never dealt with the passing of an immediate family member, I had no idea what the process was like nor what to expect. Jill and her team showed nothing but compassion and care, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations. Jill took time outside of work hours to respond to my e-mails as well. I was (and still am) highly impressed. I opted for their cremation services, and the process was very straight forward, prices were as advertised and I was left with zero surprises. The wait time for my fathers remains was fairly quick. During the difficult time of losing a family member, Jill and her team made it a little easier to navigate. Elizabeth and Jill even reached out a month or two after services were complete to check in and see how I was doing. You can tell they all care about their clients and strive to provide a professional, caring and compassionate "no surprises" service to those of us going through one of the worst experiences. I would recommend SVFC to anyone in need of their services.

I worked with Lyanne at Sierra View to take care of my husband's final wishes. She was kind and patient, helping me through the paperwork and process after he passed. His ashes were handled with dignity and care. She also helped me with the permit to spread his ashes. With the help of Sierra View a very difficult time was made just a bit easier. Thank you to the whole staff. Highly recommend them.

Everyone at Sierra View Funeral Chapel has been so thoughtful and amazing. There were very helpful and accommodating with funeral arrangements. Knowing this is an expensive process, they recommended affordable alternatives. We're buddhist, and we burn incent for our loved one. It was a lot of incents and they were very respectful by letting us continue as they open doors to let the smoke out. They set up mic and tables for our family but we were too emotional to speak or share anything. They often check in to see if our family is ready for cremation. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

During the worst time of my life, after tragically losing my fiancé, the team at Sierra View Funeral Chapel made an incredibly difficult process feel as stress-free and supported as possible. From the very beginning they were prompt with our appointment times, communicated updates along the way, and treated me with such kindness and compassion that the staff truly began to feel like family. Samantha is an absolute earth angel. In our meeting she was so gentle, patient, and tender, and she helped guide me through decisions that felt overwhelming at the time. Her empathy and care meant more to me than I can fully express. Their prices are very competitive compared to other funeral homes, but what truly sets them apart is the compassion, care, and thoughtful follow-up they showed me. That level of support is truly priceless. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did during such a heartbreaking time.
