As a busy HVAC administrator, I schedule service, do accounting, answer telephone calls, and order parts and equipment. I turn to Sigler Wholesale Distributors in San Jose probably 4 to 5 times a week, if not more. Their response is immediate. They acknowledge that they have received my email and that they are working on my needs. If it's a question regarding a part for equipment, I just give them the information and they respond immediately with price and availability. Generally almost everything we need they have in stock so it helps us satisfy the needs of our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The staff is professional, courteous and kind. I can't say enough great things about Sigler/San Jose and I personally would not be able to do my job without them. Thanks to the entire parts, equipment and warehouse staff for their help. You are the best!!

I have been a Sigler/Carrier Dealer for Six years now. the Customer service has gotten better every year. Way different from the EB Ward days. Haina has made big changes there and has always been there when we needed the extra help. Now she has a great team to back her up with Ann, Michael, Taylor and Joseph. These are the people who have helped my team, I am sure there are others that have helped us along the way also! Great product, Fantastic People!

I work with Sigler on a daily basis and never have any issues placing my orders or receiving them in a timely fashion. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Timmy Ton makes my job a lot easier for me and is very knowledgeable of the products and application.

I love how Ann at the San Jose branch always does her best. She’s always trying to find a way to resolve any issues. I really appreciate all the hard work at this branch. They do care and you can tell Ann truly loves her job.
