Cherie, and Joe Childs, run a fully customer focused business. They take the utmost care of the Customer, their Home and their Belongings. We used their services for an interstate move and our whole family thinks it went very smoothly. 100% recommendation…. Would give more stars if we could!! Very professional and super friendly crew. Truly top notch service from start to finish. Was worried about 3,000 mile transport, but all packed so meticulously and delivered w care. Not a single issue to be had. Cheri and Joe have a top notch team. Communication was very transparent throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Silicon Valley Moving and Storage. I cannot say enough to Cheri and Joe Childs and their whole team. Cheri helped with pricing that matched our budget, connected us with financing options so we did stress. She assisted with every stage of the move. Checked in with drivers information and even moving days to make sure all was going smoothly.One of my most positive moving experiences. I only wish I could award 10 stars. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Quick processing of initial quote, on the day of the move the Movers were professional, polite, hard working and most of all they listened. I have a couple pieces of furniture that are delicate and they took great care not only with those pieces but everything they moved. I will use them again and refer them to all my friends and family. Thank you Silicon Valley Moving & Storage !!
