My God this burger is tasty!! 100% worth the money. Freshly brewed tea, if you like that. And the owner/chef is super nice/friendly as well. There are tables with high benches, which is perfect for people like me who don't like how low chairs are. Lots of interesting desserts. A little Willy Wonka Factory of deliciousness. (Btw, I added the pepper to the burger. It doesn't come like that.)

My son and I came to the Fresno area for a football camp at Fresno State University and I checked Google for some highly rated places to eat and found Smash Brothers with a 4.9 rating and decided to try it. Upon arrival. William and Jonny greeted us right away and made us feel like family and explain the menu to us and also explained about the specials that they were offering that night. We ordered two delicious smash burgers and garlic fries and they gave us free ice cream as well. I randomly saw a printer sitting on the counter and asked Jonny if he would be able to print something for me because I forgot to print the medical release and other paperwork for my son‘s football camp tomorrow at Fresno State. Jonny proceeded to plug in the printer and gave me his Wi-Fi password and I emailed the documents to him and he printed it for me without any issues. I know if I would’ve asked the hotel to print them for me, they would’ve charged me for just the paper. We proceeded to talk with Jonny and William about Fresno State and how they contribute back to the community and work very closely with the Fresno State football team and offer them discounts for eating there. Came into this place on a whim, always drove by it when visiting Bird Dog, and holy hell am I glad that I decided to finally try it. From having the most welcomed greeting to having probably the best burger I've eaten to the amazing duo of Andy and Johnny, this place is a must try. Please come visit not only for the immaculate food and cakes made from scratch, but get to know the super personable owner that makes you feel like youre apart of their family. I will be a regular after this first visit. Amazing food and amazing people. 10/10

We had a hankering for burgers and an adventure tonight and found both at Smash Bros Bistro. I had the wester bacon smash and my hubby has the jalapeño bacon double smash with garlic truffle fries. Oh man let me tell you, it was one of the tastiest, sauciest, juiciest smash burger I have had. The truffle fries were on point, crispy seasons to perfection and just the right amount to not overtake the deliciousness of the burger. Jonny was amazing, it felt like we had known him for years. He was trying a new dessert out and wanted us to be his tasters. OMG it was sooooo good. It was a light fluffy strawberry custard filled puff pastry that was perfectly baked to be gooey but not chewy in the middle and light and flaky on the outside. And then to top it off we were the last table with the last slice of cake so in amazing Jonny fashion we got the last piece of his red velvet cake on the house!! Needless to say we will be returning and we 100% recommend you go see Jonny and the gang at Smash Bros Bistro!!!

We stopped by randomly after seeing some great reviews on here, and it’s safe to say that we will definitely return! A big highlight of our meal like others have said is definitely the brussel sprouts! Sooo delicious. The peanuts in there add some nice texture to it. I don’t think I can have Brussel sprouts anywhere else now. While eating, the manager also checked in with us to see how the food was. Service was amazing. We also happened to be there during the “last slice,” of a cake (I believe it was a snickerdoodle cake?). He said that he always splits the last cake on the house. Such a fun surprise!
