I came to Dr. Baseri’s office with a dental emergency after cracking a filling and experiencing severe pain. They were able to fit me in quickly and discovered that I needed a root canal. They scheduled the procedure for just a few days later, completed the root canal, placed a temporary crown, and then had me return for my permanent crown. My previous filling had been done by a different dentist, where I had a terrible experience. They never explained my options or asked what type of filling I wanted, and I ended up with a very noticeable green-colored filling that I hated. Dr. Baseri took a completely different approach. He walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. He replaced the old filling with a beautiful porcelain crown that looks completely natural. I am so happy with the result! I also really appreciated that the office offered a payment plan because I don’t have dental insurance. It made an unexpected and stressful situation much more manageable. Dr. Bernard Baseri and his assistant, Dahlia, were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, professional, and took great care of my son throughout the entire visit. They made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and showed genuine compassion and patience. Their care and attention meant a lot to our family, and we truly appreciate everything they did to help my son. Amazing experience! Had a broken tooth emergency and the team at Smile Recreation got me set up with an amazing plan, I was worried about finances and the entire process with my busy schedule and they made this an absolute breeze to work through. I had a truly standout experience at Smile Recreation with Dr. Baseri's office. The staff is warm and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable right away. What I appreciate most is how personal the care feels-they really take the time to understand your specific needs. I got an Essix retainer here, and the process was smooth with great attention to detail to ensure a perfect fit. I also had a deep cleaning done, and the team was gentle, thorough, and very mindful of my comfort. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I left feeling confident in my care and highly recommend Smile Recreation and Dr. Baseri's office.

Dr Baseri is a fantastic dentist who takes pride in his work and uses state of the art equipment to achieve the best results. I’m from the U.K. and have never had such a thorough assessment of the state of my teeth and condition of my gums. I felt confident to have my old fillings removed and replaced, my gums deep cleaned and teeth whitened. All of this was completed efficiently and the results are fantastic. I’m in recovery, so don’t use mood altering chemicals like gas & air: Dr Baseri paid careful attention to my level of local anaesthesia & my stress level was kept to a minimum. My smile is fresher and stronger! And Dr B. is better than a lot of therapists for his positive thinking, motivation & his laughter is infectious!! PS Since my original review I had a tooth crack and there was a nasty infection beneath it, which Dr cleared out, did a bone graft and fixed an implant. I now have a beautiful gold tooth. I chose gold because I like a bit of bling and if you’re dropping $$$ on a tooth, you might as well show it off!?
