It's really rare these days to call a solar company and have the owner pick up the phone. I regretfully had my solar installed by Semper Solaris. Thought I would support a veteran owned company. They are the worst. Once they get your money, good luck getting any customer service. I had nothing but problems with them from day one. You can read all about it on my Google review for them. If you want good customer service, SolarQuest is the way to go. Very responsive and attentive to your needs. If you're a tech savvy person, talking to someone that knows everything about your system and actually returns calls quickly is a necessity, and sad to say, a rarity in this day and age. Joe was so good, that I didn't even question the rate he quoted me, which was reasonable. I just happily handed over my money because you can't put a value on that kind of service. Do yourself a favor, and avoid the corporate solar companies.

Joe at SolarQuest is great to work with and really takes the time and effort to make sure the job is done well. I got quotes from multiple companies for home solar/battery and Joe was the most responsive and competitive with his quote. He came out to my house multiple times, both before installation and during/after to make sure things were working well. He got it installed in the timeline that he promised too. Overall a very pleasant experience working with Joe, I’d recommend him to anyone looking to install rooftop solar.

We met with a number of solar contractors regarding the installation of a whole house backup battery setup to complement our existing solar panel system. Many of the contractors we met were interested in selling us products that fit their business model and not what we wanted to have at our home. Joe Corzo @SolarQuest was the only person who listened to our needs and concerns. We didn't want Tesla products. Joe recommended the Franklin Whole House system. We had a lot of discussions back and forth about the equipment, installation and product location. After reading all of the design specs, customer reviews, we knew that the Franklin system that Joe recommended, was the very best for us. Joe went above and beyond. He was truly interested that we were completely satisfied with the system. Joe communicates extremely well, is honest, and trustworthy. The installers did an amazing job getting our system connected. SOLARQUEST came through on everything they promised. Needed a roof before solar could be completed. The roofing company they suggested was efficient and added low profile vents at a great price. Joe (SolarQuest) owner was here every step of the way. We were up and running within 10 days of the roof completion. Panels were up and running within hours. If you are thinking about going solar give Joe a call.
