First of all, the staff are great. The rooms have issues. The coffee machine didn't work (they replaced it thankfully). The small refrigerator is more like a freezer (it freezes everything), so if you like ice chunks in your sandwich it's a must! For reference there is no way to adjust the temperature of the frig. Bathrooms are okay. The room itself is clean. The real reason I'm giving it 3 stars (I'd rather choose 2.5) is the internet. It's garbage. Everyday around 1-1:30PM it craps out and you have to re-log in. Maybe not a big deal, but when you are here for a conference and need internet to work, it becomes a big deal. Redondo is such a great community, but I'd choose a different place to stay in the future. Also, pool is meh. We do have a nice view.

A hotel can have great amenities, but what truly makes or breaks the experience is the people. The staff here were exceptional—friendly, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality turned a great stay into a memorable one.

A great experience staying at this location for the first time. I am flight crew and not only did they treat us with kindness they were so professional too. I left an item in the room and Lucas was helpful and efficient in helping me confirm it was found then provided options to help get the item back to me. I’m so thankful to the staff and loved my stay! The hotel was clean, had lots of great amenities including a sauna, bike rentals, gym and rooftop pool. The location is great too! Thanks again for the help.

The hotel rooms were fine, the food was great and the service was great at the bar. However, upon checkout I was double charged due to an error that was made by the staff when I checked in. I discussed this with the front desk when I checked out and the said they would take care of it and a refund would be done within 5-7 days. This has not occured and it has been 14 days. I have called twice, left a voicemail for the manager and emailed the manager with no response. This is unacceptable and the reason I am giving this hotel a 1 star review.
