I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Spa Palace DTLA. This was especially disappointing because I was a repeat guest who had been coming regularly since 2020, sometimes as often as 6–8 times a year. I have supported this business for years and have enjoyed many visits, but this experience has made me reconsider returning. Several changes and issues made this visit feel very different from the relaxing Korean spa experience I had come to expect. The front desk experience was frustrating. I asked about robe sizing and was told they only offer S, M, and L, with no larger options available. As someone who needs more coverage and comfort, this made me feel uncomfortable. What was most disappointing was the lack of understanding and accommodation from the staff member at the front desk. A spa experience should begin with feeling welcomed, and unfortunately that was not my experience. The sauna rooms were also disappointing. There were not enough mats available for guests to use, despite there being plenty of available space. Having adequate mats is a basic comfort and cleanliness expectation in a spa environment. I recently visited Spa Palace and had an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me warmly and got me checked in quickly. The place was clean, well organized, and had a calm vibe, which helped me relax right away. The service itself was top notch. The staff was professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole visit was definitely worth the money. Overall it’s a great spot if you’re looking to unwind and take a break from a busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Spa Palace, and I’m planning to bring the whole family back next time.

I had an amazing experience at Spa Palace! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The spa was spotless, peaceful and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service was exceptional and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Every detail was thoughtfully done and I left feeling refreshed rejuvenated and stress free. If you are looking for a clean, relaxing spa with outstanding customer service and a truly enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Spa Palace. I will definitely be coming back!

Please don’t come here. A spa…especially a Korean spa which values amenities, cleanliness, quality of business and this place just doesn’t care about any of it and is a direct insult to Koreans and spas alike. The steam room never got above 85 degrees which is a weird feeling because I saw steam but it wasn’t getting hotter. The sauna same thing and the coed area you’re supposed to be provided shirt and shorts but you just have people walking around with robes that doesn’t really help hide things especially when people in the coed area sit with there legs open. The only thing that was somewhat ok is I booked a body scrub and that was good. Otherwise please don’t come here for the love of everything holy. Side note they have bugs too

We had one of the best days here! We will be back again and again! Feels like a resort. There's food, alcohol, pools, jacuzzi, lockers, showers, saunas, outdoor seating near water falls... so enjoyable. Loved it!
