Nikolai and Ilya were outstanding movers, they estimated the price fairly and charged accordingly. They took great care in making sure everything was moved delicately and helped us pack the small stuff up that we hadn’t packed yet.

Moved from San Diego to San Francisco last month and had an amazing experience. They moved everything in under 3 hrs, drove the truck to SF, and unloaded in under 2 hrs. The movers were professional and polite, and had a great system for getting things organized and in the truck. They helped us disassemble/reassemble a desk and a bedframe, came with extra boxes and tape, and made sure everything was secure. Would highly recommend.

This was probably the most helpful moving experience I’ve ever had. They were surprisingly quick, handled all my boxes and furniture really well. They also disassemble the bed and reassemble it at the new location, which was super helpful!

I provided clear instructions to only move furniture items. Unfortunately, some bags that were clearly labeled for donation were packed and moved into the truck which caused delays and required additional time to unload items that were not meant to be taken. It also took over 40 minutes to remove just the couch from the house, and I ultimately had to assist with loading and unloading due to the extended time spent, including periods of slow moving, standing around, and unnecessary conversation. Upon arrival, my couch was damaged, with one corner peeled to the point where the wood is visible. Additionally, they also didn’t seem fully prepared for a labor-intensive job, as they repeatedly asked for water, which I did not have readily available as I was in the middle of relocating. Overall, the experience resulted in wasted time and damage to my furniture, which was disappointing given the expectations set at the start.

Yaroslav and Ruslan were the best. They were super helpful, respectful, careful, and professional in helping us move from our apartment. I definitely recommend this service for anyone that is moving.
