Spark Spaces changed their business address without notifying me, yet continued billing me using the old address. As a result, I missed important government mail that ended up costing my business money. I spoke with Kimberly Aguilar, the Operations Manager, but she took no accountability for the damage. If you’re relying on Spark Spaces to handle critical mail, be careful. I wouldn’t trust them with my business again. ___________________________________ I want to clarify a few key points for others considering Spark Spaces: 1. I was never properly notified of the address change. If an email was sent, I never saw it. For something this important, there should have been confirmation or multiple follow-ups — not just a single message (if any). 2. You continued billing me using the old address even after the change. That shows internal confusion and a lack of process to protect clients. 3. The only mail I was ever notified about was after I followed up in person — after the damage was already done. Virtual office services are supposed to prevent exactly this kind of issue. That didn’t happen here. I hope this helps other business owners make an informed decision.

I considered several co-working options in the area before choosing Ignited Spaces. As prices are typically comparable, other criteria drove the decision. Your priorities may vary, but it's likely that you're considering staff, physical plant, and 'vibe'. IS was the obvious choice for us. We've been Ignited Spaces customers since 2016 and the only changes have been improvements. IS is really well thought out, and very attractively designed. The common spaces are well-equipped with a playful feel. The technical infrastructure is solid. The co-worker spaces are calm and quiet. The offices are spacious, offering both privacy and light. Depending on where you land, the views run from good to spectacular. The staff is perhaps the greatest feature of the facility. They are welcoming, gracious, and accommodating. I am consistently amazed, notwithstanding the limited time that I personally spend at IS, that people know me on sight, remembering my name and company affiliation. In my experience, technical issues were solved in minutes. We have been at Ignited Spaces for a little over 3 years & are very happy with the staff (cleaning & front desk!) and the amenities included with the office spaces. It is always clean and fresh. We are always greeted with a smile from the employees and they are always very punctual when it comes to mail or letting us know we have guests! Overall very happy with our office situation which is a big feat in Los Angeles! Thank you Ignited Spaces Hollywood team for making coming to work a pleasure! xx

IgnitedSpaces offers my business much more than a physical home; it's doubled as an inspiring creative haven augmented by an incredible community of like-minded entrepreneurs and visionaries as well as the best management and maintenance staff in the city. I joined the IgnitedSpaces community in Hollywood during a period of professional and personal change. I'm a creator of a tech start up and came upon Ignited Spaces recently as I was looking for an office. It's very modern. They clearly put some careful thought into making it feel creative and fresh. Everything is brand new and it's the kind of place I feel confident bringing in clients and having meetings in. Which was very important to me. The design of the space and the views (11th floor) are unbeatable. Hands down. The Ignited Spaces staff have become friends with my team. They greet you and know you personally. Which makes the work space feel like a collaboration and not cold. Just feeling like I made the right choice. There's something good going on here. I'm trying to think of the negative but I'm too happy with my new office at the moment to think about it!
