I heard great things about Splendid Moving, so I decided to book them for my move, and I’m so glad I did! I was really impressed with both their pricing and the quality of their service. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and worked efficiently while taking great care of my belongings. They made the whole moving process so much less stressful. I highly recommend Splendid Moving to anyone planning a move, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again the next time I move. ☺️

Very upfront pricing and no hidden charges. Movers communicated the ETA day of, within the 2 hour arrival time frame. It was 102 degrees and I felt terrible, but they were both cheerful and very accomodating. The pathway for them to dolly my boxes to their truck was not favorable, but they made it work and did not make me feel bad about it. I almost rented a uhaul and hired a couple of friends, but I am happy I went with the professional route. They even kept me up to date with the timeline of the day, so I understood the final costs. They were careful with my items, and were so kind to ask where each box should go. Would absolutely hire them again (not so much the other company I hired to pack my items....).

**EDIT**: I have changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star. One of the owners of the company personally reached out to me in order to offer a more sincere apology than the person who conversed with me previously. He offered an additional $100 in recompense and in recognition of that, I have changed my initial rating. I used Splendid Moving to move from Los Angeles to Sacramento. I explicitly asked them to show up at 8 AM, even offered additional cash to ensure that happened; I was assured this would be the case. I unfortunately had a broken leg at the time which is why I needed their.. 'service'. They showed up 30 minutes late. And then it took them 15 minutes to start. The crew consisted of what appeared to be 3 college freshmen and an older adult. Throughout the move, I caught the freshmen on their phones which prolonged the efforts considerably. Two hours in, I had worked up a sweat moving my own belongings because it was taking them an incredible length of time to move my possessions into the truck. None of them were sweating, such was their level of effort. The only protection they added to my furniture was *shrink wrap*. They didnt bubble wrap anything, nor pa

10/10 would recommend every single time. We loved the splendid team so much that we booked them a second time and will continue to rebook whenever we move. They’re timely, fast, careful, and communicative. Whenever we move anywhere our guests are always shocked at how there aren’t any scratches on our walls from moving large items. Our answer is always the same: the splendid team. They’re so careful with our home and our items and the cost is completely reasonable, especially for the quality and the current state of the economy. My experience with Splendid Moving was great. I hired them for a long distance move. They were timely and efficient. They handled fragile items with care. Most of my stuff was unloaded as storage and I was very pleased with their organizational skills of how everything was stacked. They were also accommodating and flexible with my move schedule. I would hire them again.
