Every person in the office was kind attentive and very Knowledgeable. Dr Gordon was kind and was very easy to help me understand my need for surgery the xray lady was sweet and very fast to make sure I wasn't standing to love. I've been to many orthopedic Dr's. I find myself feeling positive and reassured. Thank you.

The medical staff were so supportive they assisted me with all my requests and my concerns. They were so amazing which made me feel more comfortable and more at ease with my stay at St. Francis. I will miss every single musical staff because they all were so uniquely amazing. The Lord sent me Angels in the disguise through the medical staff and I’m grateful and so beyond blessed that they were with me through out my health condition. I will never forget the medical staff that cared for me during my stay at the hospital. May the Lord Bless them and continue on giving them the amazing power, that they do in their job for caring for those that are in need

My stay at Saint Francis Hospital was one of the most difficult experiences of my life, but it was made so much easier because of the incredible people who cared for me. I spent 5 days in the ICU, frightened and uncertain about what was happening to me. During that time, I was surrounded by nurses, doctors, and staff who treated me with exceptional compassion, kindness, and professionalism. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Karisa. She was truly an angel during my stay. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being brought comfort during moments when I felt scared and vulnerable. She cared for me not only as a patient but as a person, and that human touch made all the difference. Her warm smile, reassuring words, and compassionate care will never be forgotten. The entire ICU team went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, informed, and cared for every step of the way. In a time when I needed it most, they showed me the very best of healthcare and humanity. Thank you, Saint Francis Hospital, for the outstanding care you provided. I will always be grateful to the amazing ICU staff who helped me through one of the hardest moments of my life.

I recently had surgery at St. Francis and I truly cannot thank the staff enough for the care and support I received throughout my entire experience. From the surgical team to the nurses, doctors, and support staff, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion during a very stressful time. The level of attention and care I received made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. The nurses were patient and attentive, the doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, and the overall staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent treatment and compassion shown to me during my stay. Thank you to everyone at St. Francis Medical Center for all that you do every day for your patients and community.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Today 5/14/26 I took my Daughter to the emergency room for vomiting blood. The doctor who attended us was very misinformative, unprofessional, and needs more training. She didn’t seem to know what was wrong with my daughter, and that being said if your not sure why was there no other scans/ exams being ordered or blood work being done. It’s ok to not know what is not ok is telling a parent after seeing visible blood on YOUR hospital floor from her vomiting but still just saying it’s “probably” just stomach irritation from Motrin. I mentioned my daughter has been having fever on and off and is now vomiting blood. She stumbled her words on trying to explain the bare minimum and still trying to discharge us with just Tylenol, that is dangerous! I had to rush my daughter to Millers Children’s Hospital in Long Beach because, You St. Francis has seem to fail to provide the emergency service that was needed and NEGLECTED my special needs daughter! I’m not sure if it’s discrimination towards autistic children or just lack of training Skills your Doctor lacked.
