The owner got upset with us for taking showers, using toilet paper (we ended up having to go to the nearby Safeway to get more toilet paper because they wouldn't give us any more despite the singular roll of tp they gave us being half used), needing towels, and flushing the toilet because he claimed it was expensive to have us use the utilities of the room, despite the use of utilities to be the main importance of a motel stay. We had a couple friends visit us for a couple hours in our room and the owner called us on our personal phone multiple times before coming to pound on our door and demanding an explanation as to why our friends dared to park their car in theparking lot and that there was a "curfew" included in the "policy" (that we were never shown or explained) in which visitors couldn't stay past 10:30 PM. Moldy shower walls, gnat guts smashed into the ceiling above the toilet, but at least the air conditioning was crisp. Don't stay here unless you don't value your privacy, independence, and ability to go potty on your own accord.

We got hotel at 23:00 and they don’t clean the room. Because they didn’t put the room number on the housekeeping list. They ask us wait or go to book other hotel. It’s totally not make sense. They don’t do their job and ask me be nice. It’s already 23:00 if I can not check in the room when I arrived why do I need to book in advance?

I was very happy with my stay here! Ed and his grandson were very helpful and nice! The rooms were super clean, the rates were super affordable and the staff were beyond welcoming! I immediately booked my next stay at check out. It's also in a great area next to so many food places and stores and feels safe!
