I recently needed help with my truck . The technician Omar pulled up a whole angel . This man deserves a raise for the help , patience, and knowledge he blessed me with . I was in a bad way on the highway brother went above and beyond for me . Living in California people have a certain not my problem attitude it’s have made me lose faith in people. Dealing with Omar makes me believe it’s still some good people mixed in this world. I appreciate how I was treated grateful for how I was treated. If you ever get in a situation and need a tow technician hit up this company you won’t regret it .

THANK. YOU. The service was quick and thank you Omar for being so pleasant while unlocking my car. I left my keys AND my phone inside. Thankfully the business close by let me use their phone and the dispatcher was efficient. It is difficult finding help in these kinds of situations so quickly. I am very thankful.

We went to San Diego for a vacation trip, and suddenly my rental vehicle battery died while my kids were with me. I called several companies, but all of them said it would take about an hour to respond. Omar from STR Roadside Assistance was the only one who able to arrived within 30 minutes to jump start my vehicle. He was very nice and professional, and he also suggested a few things I should do next with my rental vehicle. Their 5 star on google reviews truly reflect his professionalism. This company has been so great at helping me the past few days. Omar has really went above and beyond for me in my dire time of need. I don't know what I would have done without him being stranded multiple times due to a bad battery. and even picking up a new one and installing it. Couldn't say better things about the company and Omar!
