Love this place. I had a great experience working with Josh on my tattoo! I had an idea of what I wanted, but I'm not a visual artist. I gave him a raw sketch, he executed it beautifully and was totally patient and helpful during the process. As it healed, I realized I wanted the color lightened and he did it for me at no additional charge! He's fabulous! I'm definitely going back to him the next time I want new ink.

Got my first tattoo ever done here by Jim Down. I was a little nervous since it was my first, but Jim made the process so easy and I had my full trust in him. The tattoo is better than I could’ve ever imagined, all thanks to Jim. Not only was he really nice and caring, but also very communicative and great at his work. He gave me an after care goodie bag with some cool stickers of his in there too which was the cherry on top. Definitely will be going back to Jim for more in the future!

My girlfriend and I went to Studio City Tattoo yesterday, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. She was there to get three piercings, and understandably, she was really nervous going in. From the moment we walked through the door, though, we felt completely at ease. We had the pleasure of working with Cat, and she was absolutely incredible. Her calm, reassuring demeanor immediately helped my girlfriend relax, and she took the time to walk her through every step of the process in a way that felt both professional and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. What stood out the most to me was her attention to detail especially when it came to sterilization and cleanliness. Everything was handled with such precision and care that it gave us total confidence and peace of mind. She made sure everything was perfectly placed, explained aftercare thoroughly, and never rushed the process. By the end of it, my girlfriend was not only relieved, but actually excited and happy and that’s all thanks to Cat’s amazing approach. The customer service here is AWFUL! The lady dressed in black who sits behind the register and is on her phone while people need help has no basic knowledge about the jewelry policies at this shop. My partner and I came in to return a jewelry piece he surprised me with as a gift. I didn’t even open the clear jewelry case since I immediately knew this septum ring was too large for me to wear. We clearly told the lady behind the register that we were there to exchange or return the piece. She tells us to wait for the piercer since others were waiting ahead of us. After waiting for over a half hour, I asked again, “do we really have to wait for the piercer to return this piece???” She said the piercer handles the jewelry. We were there for a total of at least 50 minutes! The piercer finally comes to us and tells us that jewelry cannot be returned after it leaves the shop. Why didn’t the lady sitting behind the register give us this information as soon as we told her why we came in to the shop instead of making us wait for about an hour to just be extremely disappointed. This place sucks, no respect and no consideration for patrons’ valuable time. I have never been to a tattoo and pie

I have gotten multiple piercings here and it is always a great experience. The studio is clean and the decor is awesome! Steve is the best piercer! He is super nice and takes his time to answer all your questions and makes you feel really comfortable. He is quick and the piercing process is super smooth! I highly recommend you get pierced by him!
