I had solar installed over 2 months ago, but can't seem to get follow up service regarding a design issue. I am very frustrated and have reached out to SunWorks over 5 times without resolution or return calls. Not sure if this is the solar company you want to use.

The 1st post is below. This is my more recent post: Sunworks business operations works seamlessly from my perspective. They have great relationships with the City of Roseville and Roseville Electric Solar operations. From the date my contract was signed with Sunworks to the date I received permission to operate it took only 30 days. It was lovely seeing everyone work so well together. Like a eloquent symphony. Anyone reading this 'Go Solar!' & may you have the same fabulous experience that I did. 1st Post: I had Exceptional Customer Service from Trevor Mickelson during my bidding process. I had 40-50 questions that were completely answered. He comprehended my financial obligations & understood why a purchase agreement was the only way I could break even prior to the warranty period. My home is small & I'd been frugal with electric usage, but with solar I look forward to running the AC at a lower temp. I look forward to my solar installation. I look forward to the energy rebate & federal tax credit. I might not have gone solar without them. Great job on providing excellent customer service. Thank you & I will continue to provide referrals.

I have heard only good things about this company in Roseville,CA. The management team is effective as they get jobs done quick and easily. The knowledgeable staff will guide you thru every step of the way as you learn how much money you can save going solar! They have this new referral promo going on right now as well, where you can be entered to win a TESLA if you hand off a successful referral. I see the SunWorks/Solar3d cars everywhere now! Thanks for providing great products and services.

There sales team was beyond polite and they helped me understand everything i needed to know about solar on my home. there engineering and installation crew where very knowledgeable and quick when it came time to install. all i did was sign some paper and they took care of the rest, like the government discounts, and free maintenance. highly recommend them if you are looking for professional and knowledgeable solar installers.

SUNworks Solar delivers a bad customer service, their management is greedy & unprofessional. My friends also shared with me their unpleasant experience while trying to buy a solar system for their home from Sunworks; being older folks, they don't care to leave a negative feedback online, they just sent Sunworks team their way & found a better company to buy a solar system from. I got quotes from a number of solar companies before making a choice & this wasn't the company I chose or can recommend anyone to deal with.
