Very disappointed with how my wife was treated here. She had a great experience the first time, so she returned about two weeks later for a fill and design. They had already started filing and removing her old design when she was switched to a nail tech named LINDA. My wife simply asked for clarification on the price. After she asked a couple of times because she was having trouble understanding, Linda began speaking to the male tech next to her in another language and they started laughing. We don’t know what was said, but it made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed My wife went to the restroom for about five minutes to call me. When she returned, Linda suddenly told her she couldn’t finish her nails because she had other appointments and told her to leave and make another appointment. What really upset us is that they had ALREADY started working on her nails and still sent her home with them filed down and completely unfinished. If you don’t have enough time to finish someone’s service, why start it? My wife was respectful and only asked a normal question about the price. She should not have been treated this way. Great pedicure today! This was my second time here and they did a great job both times. My technician took his time and gave a great massage. I will be back for sure!

UPDATE: it’s only been ten days since I got my nails done and they’re already coming apart. The decals have started falling off and now my actual nails. When I was calling in they told me it would only be $75 but when they charged me it was $140. I didn’t mind because I thought they would last but they didn’t at all. I was going to have these nails for when I go on vacation and now I’m gonna have to have them removed. I asked to have them removed for free because I already paid so much money to have them done just for them not last and they wouldn’t even give it to me for free. I am very disappointed by my experience given this is my first time ever getting my nails done. I was not rough with them. All I did was wash my hands and they started to just pop off. Would not recommend this place. OLD REVIEW: John did my nails and he was so detail oriented. He was very spot on with the design I wanted and such an amazing nail artist. Both me and my daughter got our nails done and the experience was great, I would recommend this place just for the level of skill these nail technicians have

I can’t say enough about this place but Love it!!! Angie and Thang are always nice and do a great job! Highly recommend if you need a new set of nails, fill, or a pedicure go here! I recommend the Deluxe Pedicure.
