I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at the arcade prize counter. The staff member running the prize area was rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed whenever customers asked questions. Instead of creating a fun and welcoming experience, they made it feel like customers were an inconvenience. After spending a significant amount of money playing games, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the staff member’s attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, which took away from the overall experience. To make matters worse, about half of the games were broken and did not give any tickets, which was incredibly frustrating after spending time and money playing them. Customer service is just as important as the games themselves, and this interaction, combined with the malfunctioning games, left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these issues, repairs the broken games, and provides additional customer service training, because no customer should feel unwelcome when redeeming prizes they’ve earned.

Genuinely some of the worst lanes I’ve ever used. They break constantly. We had to call service 4 times in 30 minutes. They give you back time, allegedly - but who cares when your game is interrupted every 10 minutes. This was across 2 lanes mind you. $45/hr with janky lanes… yikes. This place looks awful inside too. You can tell ownership doesn’t care about the place. Our time ended up running out and none was added back. I got tired of walking tot he front desk, and we left after our “hour.”

Lots of fun activities but we were told to go to so many different places to try and rent a lane for bowling. There was lots of confusion for us and the workers did not really seem to know what was going on either. Other than the service everything else was really fun!

Had such a fun night at The Alley in Elk Grove! 🎳✨ It’s not just a bowling alley — there’s also axe throwing, billiards, arcade games ($1 for 4 tokens), and even indoor pickleball courts ($100/month or $20 per session). The bowling area was full of laughter — a few tables were celebrating birthdays, and the atmosphere felt so warm and lively. 🎂🎉 Everything was clean, bright, and family-friendly — perfect for weekend hangouts or a casual night out with friends. 💡 Tip: No outside food or drinks are allowed, but there’s a snack bar inside. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Great spot for both adults and kids! - share by All You Can Buy

The wife and I did date night and it was great. We did an hour of ace throwing and then an hour of pool. We were able to order food when we checked in so it was delivered to us pretty quickly. The atmosphere is definitely fun. Pretty clean considering drunk people are there. We had fun with the games! The pool table and sticks were a bit rough but still playable. The ace throwing was fun but tbh I was a little scared of it the drunk people throwing next to us. The staff however was what made the evening fire! Jenelle and Ged checked us in and they clearly love their job. Super friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff kept the place clean after each group and were fun! The bartender Christina poured a great cocktail! Overall would sooooo come back. They had a ton of other games (shuffle board, ping pong, connect 4, giant jenga, and bocce ball). The new Biergarten was closed which was a bummer but it was also 106 today so who would want to be outside. They also have an arcade for kids and a giant bowling alley!
