Pros: Hotel lobby is pretty and rooms are good. Bathrooms are a bit outdated cosmetically but water pressure is good and that's way more important. Bed is nice with option of Sleep Number firmness, which was excellent. Plastic utensils, microwave and hot water available in lobby, great for quick meals in their lobby which also has plenty of seatings. No working hot tub (it was boarded up) but pool (supposedly heated), lounge area look nice. Fitness room also looks nice. Cons: TV in room was not good as no streaming service was setup for connection and TV speaker was dull. Complimentary breakfast was the absolute worst I ever had. The bacon was so sad. It wasn't even bacon. It was pork shavings and they had a very weird aftertaste. Don't rely on the free breakfast here. On site parking extra charge of $15 a day. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

My daughter and I did a sort of staycation by doing some local things but staying at a hotel. She loves swimming in the pools and just the idea of a hotel stay. I was really looking forward to using the hot tub as that’s one of my favorite things about hotels but unfortunately it was broken. Strike one. The other reason for picking this place was for the free breakfast, and in theory they had decent options. However, the waffle dispenser was broken and you couldn’t get the batter out. The eggs were terrible man’s rubbery. The bacon was so thin it was like microwaved. Lastly, my daughter wanted to take a bath but there was no bath plug. These are frustrating things that when you add them up just make me remember to not stay at a place again. Although the front desk attendant was very nice and pleasant, the pool was heated, and the bar was decent. They had put up some decor to make the place look fancy, which is nice but I just wish the quality was actually better.

Solid stay overall with a few quirks. The continental breakfast was a standout, with a surprisingly wide spread of options that made mornings easy and satisfying. The pool area was also a nice bonus, clean and inviting for a quick dip or some downtime. They also have a decent gym near the pool. The rooms, though, didn’t quite live up to expectations. They were comfortable enough, but felt a bit stuck in the past with older carpet and a slightly outdated vibe. That said, for the price we paid, it still felt like a good value. Not luxurious, but dependable where it counts.
