My Agent was Joe Santos! Customer service was exceptional! Professional honest, upfront and very transparent. Was a pleasure working with him. He listened, and understood exactly what I needed and gave me additional services they provide if I may need in the future. Got me a commercial non trucking insurance quote that was undeniably lower than what I was currently paying with a different provider. Not only was it lower, the premiums offered way more coverage and additives than the previous company I had. Will definitely be conducting more business with Mr. Santos in the near future. I was a customer for two years, but I was very disappointed with this year's renewal process. My account manager, Kim Winborg, was extremely slow throughout the process, despite knowing my insurance expiration date well in advance. As a trucking company owner, time is critical. If I had continued waiting, my company could have been left without coverage and unable to operate. Fortunately, I found another agent who was able to get me a quote the same day and secure coverage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kim Winborg to other business owners who need timely service and quick responses.

Linsey at the insurance store is the BEST ! Met her a few years back as a referral from a friend of mine got a competitive quote for my commercial auto and signed up right away . Linsey has been very helpful in navigating me thru the process and explaining to me coverages ….so much so I just moved my Workman’s Comp insurance coverage over to the insurance store TODAY and am trying to get my general liability moved as well waiting on that quote .Something to be said about good customer service and reasonable rates you earned my business for sure thanks for Everything Linsey !
