My grandmother usually goes "The Good Chiropractor" in the West L.A area and today she decided to go to the joint Chiropractor as a walk in, and as my grandmother walked in she asked the receptionist if she needed to fill out any forms, and receptionist just responded "this isn't urgent care". She didnt make initiative to help or ask my grandmother any questions to further assist her, so she left. Terrible customer service. I hope this doesn't happen to other senior citizens.

I went today for an adjustment and I feel 100% better. I’ve been having sciatic pain and breathing trouble and with one session I noticed a significant difference. I’ve been going to chiropractors for years and I’ve never had immediate relief like this. Thank you so much!

I just went to the Joint on Pico Blvd and Dr. Jenna Graft (sp?)… wow. By far the best adjustment I’ve had. She was both gentle and firm, my back and neck cracked smoothly, and I felt an immediate relief. If you’re a Joint member and want a great adjustment, I’d visit this location and make sure she’s there on that day. I’ll also add the young lady at the front desk (which I didn’t get her name) but she is always a pleasure. She meets customers with a smile, is friendly, knowledgeable when questions are asked, and seems like she never has a bad day. I appreciate that level of customer service. Make sure you keep her happy.

Dr. Verdugo gave me the best adjustment of my life! My family and I are members of the joint in a different city but we were visiting and decided to go get an adjustment here. I am so glad we decided to stop here. I’ve been suffering from a stiff neck, upper back pain and shoulder pain. Dr. Verdugo fixed all my problems in one visit, I feel amazing!!!

I have been to other locations in town and also experienced with other Dr. at this location, but since I found Dr. G, I became a repeated client. He knows what he’s doing and I feel better every time. I came to see another Dr and didn’t know he was off Sat and had to comeback 2 days later since my pain was still there. Besides, Dr. Jack is great as well. The receptionists are great as well
