We needed a new sofa and someone recommended The Joneses. From the moment I walked in we knew we found the place to create a custom sofa for our sitting room. Gio helped make the process seem less and not overwhelming or complicated. We placed the order went on vacation for two weeks and came back with the perfect piece waiting for us. The sofa is high quality, cozy and comfortable. We love it and are so happy we stumbled across this beautiful furniture store. I had a great experience with Richard and Noa. I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for, and I managed to find the precise color and fabric along with the most amazing sofa! I purchased the Hudson sofa with chaise in rust velvet and it’s even fuller and more comfortable than I imagined. It was made very quickly with seamless delivery. Definitely worth every penny!

The Joneses is fantastic! The staff helped me pick my fabric after going though tons of options, and they worked with me to design my perfect couch. It then arrived at my house in 2 weeks - way faster than any big box couch I could have ordered! Would absolutely shop here again, the value, customer service, and quality is truly 10/10.

After returning a brand new Crate and Barrel Lounge sofa that was saggy, creaky, and losing hundreds of feathers, I came across this store after reading reviews. The shop is beautiful, and apart from the countless comfortable sofa options, they have a lot of cool decor as well. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and after a few questions, Richard pointed us over to the perfect sofa. I was surprised at how customizable their sofas are. We chose the width of the arms, seat depth, width of the sofa, and type of arm. The price is comparable to RH/Arhaus furniture but the quality much higher and the sofa was built in 2 weeks! I also love the cushions—they feel like down but they are completely feather free. No more being poked! We have had the sofa for a couple months now and could not be happier with it.
