I hired this company for a deep cleaning because I had been struggling to catch up on my home and needed the job completed properly that day. To make things easier for the cleaners, I removed my family from the home for approximately three to four hours so they could work without interruptions. Unfortunately, after looking through the house, I noticed several areas that were either missed or not cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen countertops and bathroom counters were left feeling gritty and had visible cleaning product residue. The dishwasher and washing machine were not cleaned, the dish rack was still dirty, my son’s table was not cleaned well, and the shower curtain in one bathroom was left hanging off several hooks. I had also specifically requested completion photos, but they were not provided when the service was finished. I only received an offer to send them after I contacted the company about the condition of the home. The company did offer to return under its 24 hour workmanship warranty, but I declined because I had already rearranged my family’s schedule and left the home for several hours to allow the service to be completed the first time. I’ve been using Mighty Maids for occasional deep cleanings since about 2019 and they always impress me. Today, Martha and Veronica did an amazing job! They arrived a little after 9 AM and completed a full deluxe cleaning before 10:45. So they are super efficient and they are never sacrificing quality. My home looks fantastic, and I’m so grateful for their attention to detail and professionalism. It’s such a great feeling to walk into a clean and refreshed space. I’ll definitely continue booking with them and highly recommend their services!

I had an amazing experience with The Mighty Maids! Marta and Veronica came to clean my business office space, and they absolutely crushed it. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and extremely detail oriented. The office looked and felt completely refreshed when they were done. What really impressed me was their level of customer service. They were originally scheduled for two hours, but when they finished the main job in about an hour, they proactively asked what else they could help with for the remaining time. That level of initiative and care is rare and very much appreciated. After this first visit, signing up for their biweekly cleanings was an easy decision and honestly one of the best moves I’ve made for my office. Rocio & Mariana were so thorough, friendly, and accommodating. My initial request was a deep clean for the master bathroom of the apartment & if there was extra time, i requested for kitchen cleaning. Mighty Maids went ABOVE and beyond by cleaning the bathroom, hallway, bedroom shelves/walkway/mirrors, kitchen, dining area AND living room. They were super careful wherever they cleaned, from the pile of dishes in the sink to my delicate trinkets. They left me feeling relived to have a clean space and are super hard workers for the entire time of the appointment. This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I would definitely use & recommend Mighty Maids again and again! p.s. since i am renting, i cannot replace worn out fridge or tiles but this is the cleanest i’ve seen them since moving in! my jaw was on the floor with the results!
