Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

MARIA is amazing, so helpful and sincerely caring about people having a good experience here. More than that, once she knew my mission, she helped me succeed! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£...I got the most beautiful dishwasher set because of her watchful eyes and loving nature.

I went to the Pico Blvd LA location to donate, and the staff were so kind and helpful, namely Maria. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the gentleman at the donation center who took the donations, but he was also a superb with customer service. The store looked well organized and clean with a variety of clothes and household items. Parking appears to be just free street parking, which is almost always challenging at that location.

Got checked out by a worker named tyray. They kept starring at me with a judgemental look and made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve came to this location for years and never had a problem until this worker. I feel uncomfortable wanting to come inside if they’re there.

The dedicated staff at this Sal Army Thrift on Pico off Alvarado make this the top thrift store in LA. All the shirts on hangers are organized by color not sizes and it really creates a heightened focus when you're two fingering hundreds of shirts and they are all for the most part excellent quality with old school flare. Their weekend sales are amazing , all clothing priced to take 6, and 7 items for under $20. The housewares are high quality nostalgic gems at very low prices. There's a very hardworking lady Mgr there who has a passion for doing her best so you can enjoy your treasure hunt. She is a straight shooter who really loves her employees and customers. There's no other thrifty store quite like the Sal Army on Pico.

Hilarious comedy pricing. Possibly an immersive performance art piece. A dirty air popcorn machine originally $16.99, here priced at $15.99 Target glassware originally $2, here $5.99 each A random ugly ceramic gravy boat still had its original $5 price sticker, repriced here for $5.99
