Communication was excellent. I received a voice message the next day on exactly where and when I could pick the harness. A very well run business.

Great product. Fit and finish was on point. My only complaint is there isn't a ground pig tail in the harness. The LED turns and markers for my fenders needed the ground. Not that big of a deal because I'm an electrician. Splicing in and soldering a ground only took a few minutes to make it look like it came that way. To the average person it might be different.

It’s a very nice box, but the only reason I gave it four stars is because the holes for my 8 inch subs were way too small. I have three different brands of subs and they were too small for all three of them. I had to make an extension ring to fit the sub and lift them up a half inch.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from The Wires Zone. The item was delivered earlier than expected, which is a plus! It was well packaged, and the price was really good. I've installed the speakers into the ceiling for mid atmos channel above the seats, and they sound really darn good so far - running 5.4.2 configuration. They sound clear, balanced, and if they sound a bit too bright or a but too bassy for your taste, they have 2 little switches to turn either treble or bass down by 3db. I've only had then installed for 5 days, but so far im very glad I got them, and recommend anyone who's looking for in-ceilling speakers for their atmos set up.
