This place is horrible the staff are very rude and the Social worker she was so heartless when we went to ask information about my brother passing and she was very sarcastic and unprofessional didn't provide us help were to go or who to contact to get my brother belongings or file we had so many questions that we got no answers from her. we left the hospital with heavy hearts and no answers, we only wanted his last picture that was taken there, and she didn't provide to us of who took pictures or where to look. I know they have a lot of work to do and they are the only contact for us grieving people but they are so careless. We end up empty hands with no information of the passing of my brother and files.

This morning I went with my mother to the hospital for emergency but the lady had disrespectful and bad attitude towards us. Careless about the patients. Poorly and unclean place "hospital". They don't covered their mouths when coughing when elderly people can be vulnerable and fragile

If you plan to use this hospital and are in grave condition; DON’T DO IT! But if you have no choice, make sure an ambulance takes you to the emergency side and do not settle for the Urgencias, because they will not attend you. If you are at the Urgencias and are getting more sick you need to ask for permission to go to Emergency side. I brought a friend in who was suffering from severe anemia and they literally let him die in the wheel chair. They didn’t check him until it was too late and then they were very rude and even laughed when I politely went to ask a question. There were many more things that were wrong that day with the hospital that I’m not going to mention. I feel for the people who depend on the hospital. I may come back to donate toilet paper to the restrooms. The patients should not have to suffer in these conditions and treatment. But God was in charge and He will make all things right and I forgive them because Jesus paid for the sin of both us and of those people and institutions who mistreat us. I just pray someone who is in charge can make a difference someday soon. 🙏
