Great Solar Experience I’m very happy with my solar installation with TN. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and easy. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and explained everything clearly. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. What I appreciated most was the great customer service. They were always available when I had questions and made the whole experience stress-free. My start to finish experience with TN Solar was very positive, Hanh Nhi and Sony walked me through the whole process and delivered on the timeline we agreed on so I am very happy. They helped me get the permit and submitted the PGE form so had no hiccups. I love my system and wondered why I didn’t get it sooner! Thanks HN and Sony for your help and expertise!

We got their contact through our neighbors, who had their installation done last year and had a great experience. Before signing the contract, we wanted to make sure everything went smoothly for them, and after seeing the results firsthand, we felt very confident moving forward. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The installation was completed with great quality and attention to detail. We’re very happy with the experience and would gladly recommend them to others!

In a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the best), I give TN Electrical & Solar Services 5+. Consultation was impressive. Sony didn't start with the sales pitch. Rather, he performed visual survey and manual measurement on roof, as well as diving into our electrical bills, helping me to define the project scope. It's a 5 here! Contract process was even more impressive. They provided high-end parts and an itemized break-down. Pricing was competitive, if not the cheapest. It's a 5. Installation was truly exceptional. They started the installation 7 days after the contract was finalized. Finished in 1 day and passed city's Final Inspection 3 days later. It's a 5+ here. I would recommend TN Electrical & Solar Services to anyone in the Bay area.
