I usually do online pickups and it works great for me. They are typically out with my order within 3-5 mins. Just have one feedback for the mobile app or backend system they use. If I have multiple orders ready for pickup might as well get all of them if I mark one rather than making me do all of them for the same location. But great store, awesome staff and lots of variety.

The store very well stocked with a large selection of wines and liquor. Last Saturday the 20th, went there for wine tasting. I received an advertisement offering wine tasting at the location. The attendant,Sarah Liu,was unaware of the advertised event! She offered about a tablespoonful of wine. After my first tasting she didn't offer a clean glass or rinse the glass I used. When I asked about if she intended to rinse the glass! She said no. Anytime I've been to wine tasting,the host always provided a fresh glass or rinse the used glass, but not Sarah Liu. I'm surprised why she was assigned the task of being server or host. Very disappointed.

Had a few items to pick up for a party. We ended up in the check out line with Tiffany. So friendly, so nice. I had three different bottles of sake, and we started talking - she commented on which of them was a favorite of hers, and made suggestions of ones to try my next visit. Thank you Tiffany!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at Total Wine. Every time I visit, I have a great experience, and that’s entirely because of the people who work here. A special shoutout to Kevin, who is absolutely incredible. His knowledge of wine is outstanding, and he consistently gives me fantastic recommendations that I end up loving. He’s always friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find the right bottle. What impresses me most is that he remembers customers and their preferences, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. One thing that really stands out about Kevin is that he is always smiling. In today’s world, it’s rare to see someone who genuinely seems happy to be at work, and that means a lot to me as a customer. His positive attitude is contagious and makes every visit enjoyable. This has got to be one of my favorite spots to come in and look at all the alcohol is amazing they got so many good choices that came with my bestie to pick out a champagne a lot of people were picking alcohol for New Year's Eve they had somebody that was simply champagne we got to try all four of them they were very good but if you haven't picked your New Year's yes be sure to come in we were just there picking out something to drink she picked out of champagne for New Year's but they got the best tequila selection beautiful bottles so if you haven't stopped by make sure you do there was no lines which is good as always I had fun pick it up and alcohol
