San Jose is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Jose follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The trailer park itself is one of the nicer trailer parks that you will find. It really has everything. However the location is terrible. Outside of the walls is surrounded by homeless people. Moreover, the owner of the trailer park is very condescending very controlling and very mean. That's not a big deal if you're not planning on staying there long-term. However, if you're planning on staying there long-term this woman will make you completely miserable.

10/10!! Wayne and Chris are ABSOLUTELY incredible!! Iβm going to clear some things up about the other reviews.. You ARE allowed to have pets; Especially Service Pets, the park is definitely kid friendly and the management is 100% reliable!! My boyfriend and I lived there for almost 2 years and loved it! We never had a problem getting a hold of management! I donβt know what these other people are talking about because it certainly is NOT true! Wayne and Chris are the kindest, hard working and polite dudes around! They always are ready and willing to help and are super friendly about it! We have a cat that they used to stop by and visit! They always make sure the park is clean, kept up and a safe place for everyone! There are so many amenities too! A nice clean pool, shower room/bathroom, a gym, a lounge room with a fire place and games for children and adults, thereβs a car wash and the lots are spacious and well kept! This park is for all people, through all walks of life! I was very sad to leave! Guaranteed if we ever travel back to SJ, that will be the ONLY place we will stay! Big shout out to Wayne and Chris for being a phenomenal team and always taking good care of us!! Lots of

More suited to older retirees. The park is situated close to a major highway, which results in a noticeable amount of black dust settling on vehicles and outdoor items. Depending on the wind direction, there's an occasional odor reminiscent of a garbage dump, especially in the front half of the park. The 30amp (at best) power limitation can be quite inadequate for modern rigs. Be prepared to supplement with battery or generator power. Parking spaces are strictly individual, and any modifications to your rig, whether inside or outside, require written approval from the park management. The park's occupancy restrictions are more stringent than those of Santa Clara County. There's a 9 PM quiet time rule that's strictly upheld, even during festive weekends like the 4th of July. It's worth noting that this used to be a 55-and-older park. The shift in demographic has led to some seniors who aren't fond of the noise and activities of children and families. Unfortunately, there's no designated play area for kids, and they're not allowed electric bikes, scooters, or power wheels, though adults can use them. The park's layout can be confusing, leading to delivery drivers often speeding

My father lived here for over 10 years. He loved everything about it. I was his caretaker for the last 3 years of his life as he had terminal cancer. The rules on parking and yard upkeep were very stricked but I am not complaining. As those stricked rules are what keeps the place so nice. The management did change a couple of times but the level of outstanding work from those people never faltered. They are good people with excellent work ethics and the management should be recognized for their outstanding contributions. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone who can manage to be patient on the RV waiting list especally if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. All of the Amenities make it a very convenient place to live and the community is so friendly it's great. They even have 2 car washing stalls as well as access to yard tools and lawn mowers hedge trimmers and edgers. The laundry Matt even had clothes lines for your clothes that you don't want in dryer to air dry!! I can't even think of any way this place could be improved. I will miss going there to visit and care for my father as he made some very nice friends who were so helpful and showed genuine concern for

This was a great RV Park, but if your looking to get in quick no way - they usually have a long waiting list to get in as long as you donβt have to be out of the park at night your okay. Lots of homeless outside the park itself. They donβt have showers to use outside of your own RV, and one bathroom that is only for the pool area is locked up after hours. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and other great amenities itβs a nice place and price I feel is fair for the area. Not too far from stores or restaurants.
