I'm 27 weeks pregnant and woke up with terrible shoulder, arm, and neck pain along with a really bad headache. I was so relieved that Trio Spa was able to fit me in for a same-day 90-minute prenatal massage. My massage therapist, Rebecca, was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to work on all the areas that were causing me pain, and by the end of the session, both my headache and body aches were completely gone. I felt so much better after. The therapy room was relaxing. The massage bed was warm and comfortable. Booking was also incredibly easy. I simply sent a text message, and Kathy, the owner, responded right away and got me scheduled. I felt so lucky and grateful because I couldn't find another prenatal massage therapist who was open on a Monday morning. The only minor downside is that the restroom is located on the second floor, which can be a little inconvenient when you're pregnant. Other than that, my experience was wonderful, and I can't recommend Trio Spa enough for anyone looking for prenatal massage care. I hope to come back again soon!

Masseuse was so friendly and so lovely however my treatments were not what I expected. Lymphatic massage was an hour of weakly pulling at each of my limbs, somewhat relaxing but not a true lymphatic massage. I've had to many TMJ intra- oral massages where I've had immediate relief, unfortunately this one was uncomfortable and painful and has left my gums swollen and bruised for days now. I am so sorry for leaving this relief but I hope if other people are looking for these specific services to inquire deeper or potentially seek a place that specializes in these services.

What a relaxing experience we had! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our couple's massage in a quiet, comfortable and clean studio. Gricelda and Uziel were patient, professional and attentive to our needs and target areas. We highly recommend the studio and look forward to trying out their other services - they have so many to choose from!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Andrea, my massage therapist, was excellent—I highly recommend her. She made me feel at ease and targeted my problem areas as I asked. I’ll definitely be returning.

My bf and bestie both surprised me for my birthday with a massage and facial. I received the Swedish relaxation massage with add-on aromatherapy as well as the signature facial. Everything was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed coming out of there and would definitely schedule another session very soon!
