Organic, Grass-fed and Grass-finished Steak Bites. I recently purchased 10 packages of TruBeef’s grass-fed cube steak, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. The meat was tender, flavorful, and clearly from healthy, well-raised cattle. Every package I have cooked has been delicious. As someone who follows a low-histamine diet, I am especially grateful to have access to high-quality unaged beef. Finding clean, unaged meat can be challenging, and TruBeef has been a wonderful resource. Their commitment to quality gives me confidence in every order. The packaging and delivery were excellent. TruBeef Organic is the best! Want to find the highest quality beef and lamb? Look no further - this is it. I am a super taster and a home chef, I am really in tune with flavor and quality. We usually buy grass fed & finished from local grocers and farmers. We have histamine intolerance and a family member gifted us some low histamine beef from TruBeef Organic. It was SO delicious we decided we had to buy some of our own! Best Chuck roast, best ground beef, best beef patties, best ground lamb that I've ever had! We will only buy beef from this source. It is more expensive per pound but its worth it knowing we can trust the quality, LOVE the flavor, and not feel bad afterward! If youre wondering if its worth it, IT TOTALLY IS! Plus the people who own it are really kind and communicative :)

We recently received our order of ribeyes, New York strips, and ground beef from TruBeef Organic. Before placing the order, I had read some negative comments online, but found those completely unfounded after my own experience. Living in southern Alabama, I was initially concerned about shipping in warm weather, but I was impressed by how top-notch, careful, and professional the meats were packed. The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived perfectly and on time. The meat was still hard frozen upon arrival. I followed the provided cooking instructions, which were straightforward. As someone who has cooked most of my life, I found the process easy to follow. The meat looked exceptionally fresh, had perfect color, and no odor whatsoever; noticeably much higher quality than what I typically find at my local organic supermarket. I first used the ground beef to make a Bolognese sauce; the low heat and extended cooking time delivered fantastic flavor. Then I tried the ribeye steak, following the recommended cooking method: I seared the meat on both sides and pan-fried it for six minutes per side at a lower temperature until it reached an internal temperature of 135°F. I rarely write reviews, but TruBeef Organic truly deserves it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
