Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Not sure what exactly is going at this location but I have communicated my issue with them for not receiving specially DMV mail. There is no theft going on in my mailboxes. So where is my DMV mail going? I think it’s suspicious how it shows up in my informed delivery but I do not receive anything from the DMV but I do get other mail. There needs to be a thorough investigation in what is going on at this location. This has caused many of us issues. Especially when we are expecting to receive our real ID. But now we have to wait 30 days because supposedly it is “lost”. Not receiving any DMV mail all started happening this year. I have never had this issue before.

Clearly, Supervisor Harman talked at me instead of listening to me. He is Indian Sikh guy he should know better how to be respectful, no one is asking you to talk in Punjabi thus is America so talk in English this ain't your India. His tone made it sound like he had authority over me rather than trying to help as a USPS employee. He seemed more interested in lecturing than understanding the customer’s concern. I do not know who made him a supervisor, but his conduct should absolutely be reviewed. A formal inquiry into this employee is necessary.

I was expecting mail at the beginning of the month but went about 10 days with nothing at all. I went to post office said they had had a problem that had since been fixed and I should have got mail starting about 4 days before. I asked to have my mail out on hold and filled out a paper. 4 days later I went back to check for mail and still had none. I went back another 4 days later and was told my carrier had my mail. I asked again to have it left at the post office. Every time I went in I asked my mail continue to be held. It’s been 6 weeks and I still have none mail and no answers! Not even the office people know what’s going on!

The worst office in the world they claim there mail has been robbed multiple times a year. It’s been years and the same problem keeps arising. Something sounds fishy. I think they got the poor management. They mail carrier are obviously going off the rails and the want a scapegoat so they claim theft. I’m not buying it can’t be theft every time. There was no broken mail box no signs of theft. I think they put mail in someone else’s box the neighbor decided to keep it. Horrible staff and they will lie to try and cover themselves. Stay away from this post office if you want your packages to be safe.

Left and came back to pick up my packages and still no one is available to assist with my packages! I pay good money yearly for my post office services and for them to not have enough people to help the customers is really shameful! Lower your costs id you’re not going to provide the services I pay for!
