This place used to be of the better ones, its gone down hill. Staff are always rushing people to get out. Long lines not enough products, bad attitudes. 15 mins before closing they are more focus, on getting people out, telling people that rushing they started turning off lights 15 mins before closing, people that were walking in 10 mins before closing were told they were about to close in 3 mins. 1 cashier running because they had already close the registers and honestly, what the are they doing here.....

I visited the store over a week ago, and a staff member kindly told me that I could call the next day to check whether an item was in stock.When I called, someone answered and said they would check for me. However, I was then placed on hold for over 30 minutes before the call was disconnected. During that time, I could hear store announcements, but my call appeared to be completely forgotten. After the call ended, I called back and reached the same employee. I began explaining that I had previously been placed on hold while he checked the stock, but before I could even finish my sentence, I was put on hold again. This time, it took only about a minute for him to return and tell me the item was not in stock. I understand that stores can get busy, but being left on hold for over 30 minutes without any update was frustrating, especially when the stock check ultimately took only a minute. I was very disappointed with the customer service experience. I called another location afterward, and they were much more helpful and courteous in comparison.

This store offers most items in bulk for caterers, restaurants, non profits and other venues thst serve food and beverages. I found a great selection of rice, refrigerated produce, sauces of various ethnic foods, those cool flavor additives for coffees, Frozen seafoods, frozen meats. They even have a huge freeer of just French fries! They also offer cooking and baking tools and pans. The venue is accessible entry with wide aisles to accommodate their large bulk size cart. They have no standard carts or baskets Signs in each aisles are up high and legible. No ambiant noise so no loud background noise. No glare in lights Accessible entry and wide aisles. Van accessible wheel chair parking in shared lot with adequate curb cuts

The prices so good better than other stores so much to choose from you can buy bulk it's not expensive you don't need a membership card they have fruit meat eggs surup for drinks so many flavors I was lost prices are so good I don't like shopping and I didn't mind being in this store at all took my time with being bothered by other customers I love that feeling of not being rushed so the prices are good lines are good what are you waiting for stop by let me know what you think for yourself

Prices of things listed in the picture. Relatively clean shop with great prices, short lines and friendly staff. Good for standard bulk items but not for specialty.
