US Medical exams made the I-693 process super easy. Documents and records were reviewed almost instantly, the steps and what I needed to do were laid out clearly and simply and I was able to get the appointment to see the Dr. same day on a weekend. The online portal made it easy to see what each member of my family required and the ability to toggle through different members was great. We are insured through Kaiser and most competitors called out I'd be on the hook for all labs and vaccines - but US Medical Exams helped walk us through how to work with Kaiser to ensure these were covered and it was very smooth. I highly recommend for anyone needing to complete an I-693

Seamless experience. They follow up diligently over text messages and the turn around time for responses is very fast. The fee and process is transparent and they do not up sell you on vaccines or unnecessary lab tests. The doctor was friendly and professional. The exam itself took 15mins given that all the reports and due diligence was done asynchronously. The website was simple and intuitive to use. They refer you to Quest diagnostics for titer (antibody) tests. They accept most insurance. Or you can get the tests from a lab that is covered by your insurance. I strongly recommend US medical exams and Dr. Kochmann for your I-693 form.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Wong. The US Medical Exams team has been amazing from the very beginning to the end. They provided responses all the way to midnight even on Fridays prior to my appointment and work even on weekends. They made vaccinations and labs a breeze and were able to even decider the handwriting in post-USSR doctors’ medical records from 1995 on yellowed paper that’s almost impossible to decipher even for me! The price of $399 was affordable as well, considering alternatives. Everything was quick and easy exceeding my expectations. Thank you so very much!
