Don’t trust to the guy that manage the store. He’ll always gonna tried to be your friend but that’s his trick. The entire store has discounts all over but when you go to the checkout… oh surprise!! There’s zero discounts!! And you end pay a lot of money for products that you can find at the same price of lower on better stores. Not recommended.

Jasmine was extremely professional and welcoming. The store has an incredible selection—tons of hats and jerseys ranging from soccer and baseball to football, along with top-quality sports gear. I’ve visited many businesses, and by far this one stands out as the best in San Diego. The customer service was excellent both over the phone and in person. They made me feel genuinely welcome and took the time to help us try different options. Highly recommend!

I honestly don’t recommend this store, they’re products are extremely expensive and it’s just better to go to LIDS where you have a guaranteed refund if you don’t like your purchase. I bought a sweater here that cost $100 dollars and I took it home to try it on because they don’t have fitting rooms, it was too big so I decide to return it. The owners are so nice when they’re trying to sell something but as soon as I walked in to make a return his whole demeanor changed he immediately asked me if I had worn it and what was wrong with it, I said it had not been worn and I didn’t like it. He started inspecting the sweater and insisted on asking if I had worn it and why didn’t I want the sweater I said I had no reason to lie to him I had not worn the sweater the tags were still attached and everything. I never inspected the sweater myself and it had a mark on it that I didn’t even notice and he started saying that he was not going to give me a full refund because he was going to have to send it to the cleaners. Again I never wore the sweater and I know he sold it to me like that and I know that if I had noticed it he would not have discounted 15% from it when I purchased it nonetheles

We've been here twice and always a great the best experience! Great customer service each time. We just came back today, but could not find the exact jersey I needed (USA #15), so the owner special ordered it for us. He went above and beyond to help us get the jersey! Thank you US SPORTSWEAR! You never disappoint!
