Deli closing hours are inconsistent, whether ordering online or going into store. Sometimes they close at 6,630,700730,800,830 pm. Vons post says that deli hrs are from 7am to 9pm. When I ask Employees what time they close they say it depends sad your employees don't even know. For a large company you would think they would be more consistent and not close when they want to, you should pick a time and stick with it.

I was waiting at 5:50pm on a monday at the meat desk for about 10 minutes. Did a few polite rings on the service bell. No signs of life, but its the reason I came to this store instead of just sticking with trader joes. I call the main number for the store, explained that I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. The person answering said “yeah, its gonna be another 10 minutes “. I asked if another clerk was available and was told “I’ll look into it” - no results. Its been about a full 10 minutes since that call and no signs of life. What an odd time of day to not service the meat/fish area. And no efforts at customer service/apology. Boooo

The staff is phenomenally friendly and helpful. Executive/corporate management needs to recognize the staff’s hard work and give them the resources they need. Ms. Dee, Frank, Charisse and the gentleman who manages the butcher counter, make me feel welcomed every time I come in. I recently needed to return a Lucerne white cheddar and Ms. Dee apologized profusely and immediately refunded me. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of every customer and coworker. The corporate office needs to promote her, giver her a huge raise, and listen to her ideas of enhancing the customer experience. I can easily shop at Ralph’s for cheaper prices but Ms. Dee’s kindness and customer service keeps me loyal to this Vons location. Corporate, please give her and her team more resources to staff more check out counters.

I love my Vons. Been shopping here for 30 years. My cashier was Natalie-Lopez She is awesome, great attitude, knew just how I wanted things bagged, before I told her. And this was our first interaction. KUDOS to Natalie for a great job.

I really like this Vons they always have fresh bread and a good deli. The flower area is well stocked and smells nice. Very happy it’s nearby.
