This park is wonderful. Amy, the hostess, is amazing. I felt so at home here. People are very friendly and it is a community. The facilities are so clean and modern. The swimming pool is kept pristine. The laundry is included in the price. The best value. I highly recommend and will be back!

This was a perfect spot to stay, since we wanted an rv park, somewhat close to the Reagan Presidential Library.(just 21 miles from the park to the library) Super friendly staff and neighbors! Loved the huge trees, tidy grounds and grocery, just a couple blocks away.The pool area was an oasis! We had planned a two night stay but had some truck issues and they were so nice to let us stay in same site for an extra night.The mobile mechanics made it easy to get back on the road. We would happily recommend this park for a comfortable stay!

We had a mixed experience with Walnut RV Park, but ultimately ended up staying for about a year—and that was entirely because of the current management. Before our first visit, we called multiple times over four weeks and never got a return call until we were already in California. Our initial interaction with the previous manager, Crystal, felt unwelcoming and off-putting, and we decided not to stay. Fast forward a couple months—we gave it another shot, and the difference in management was night and day. Our call was answered immediately, booking was smooth, and the entire team was kind and professional. Amanda Tucker, the current manager, is excellent—organized, responsive, and clearly on top of everything. Any questions we had were handled right away. Her husband, Jake Tucker, was also a huge plus—he kept an eye on our RV when we were out of town and was very proactive about security. Miriam was incredibly sweet and patient, and Amanda G was always friendly and such a joy to chat with. Augustine was also so lovely. He always kept the park clean and tidy. If you’re looking for a spot that perfectly balances convenience with a relaxing atmosphere, Walnut RV Park is it. We’ve stayed at plenty of "town campgrounds" before, but this one truly stands in a league of its own. Here’s why we loved it: • The Pool Area: Honestly, the pool was the highlight of our stay. It’s sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and felt like a private oasis. It was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after a long day of travel. • The Community: The people here—both the staff and the fellow campers—are incredibly welcoming. There’s a genuine, friendly vibe that makes you feel like part of the neighborhood the moment you pull into your slip. • Unbeatable Location: You get the best of both worlds here. You’re close to everything you need in town (groceries, gas, and local eats), yet the park itself stays peaceful. It’s rare to find a spot this accessible that doesn’t feel "busy." The Bottom Line: For a town campground, this place is absolutely amazing. It’s well-manicured, safe, and has all the amenities you actually want. We’ll definitely be making Walnut RV Park a regular stop on our routes!
