Wayne and Emily, are Fantastic!!!! At their craft!!!! Look no further if you are buying and or selling property. They go the extra mile and bring experience where it counts. They were able to get us all the data we requested and did all the heavy lifting when it came to retrieving solar and sprinkler info prior to submitting our offer. We were able to close early and move in and start enjoying our new home thanks to this awesome team of realtors. I feel like we gained some life long friends, thank you Wayne and Emily.

I highly recommend Wayne and Emily. We went through a very difficult escrow do to the buyers. Regardless, they were able to get us very favorable terms in selling the condo and without them we would have been out a lot more money. Appreciate their time and help in selling our condo.

When I first met with Wayne and Emily I told them it was going to be a tall task to find the type house I was looking for while at the same time sell my existing home. (I didn't want to list my home until I found a new home) They understood and accepted the task and they did not let me down! I'm not saying it was overnight but I wasn't in a big hurry. We looked at a few houses which were pretty nice but just not quite there or a little out of my budget. They kept after it until we found the perfect home, made an offer which was accepted, got my house on market immediately, received an offer on it within a few days. I am now in my new home and love it. One thing I must say about Wayne and Emily, anytime we arranged a meeting to view a home, they were always on time or early, from the pre-sale, to escrow to post sale they have been excellent people to work with! When we first met they told me, when you call we answer the phone and I found this to be absolutely true, in the rare case they didn't answer always got a return call within a few minutes. I would highly recommend Wayne and Emily if you're looking to buy or sell your home, they will be by your side during the entire process!

Wayne and Emily were both fantastic with helping us find a home in Fresno. In what was a tough market as a buyer, they helped us find a great location within our price range. One of our strange requirements was to have ceilings high enough to fit our two indoor climbing walls that we built, and Wayne really went out of his way measuring ceilings all over Fresno to make sure we found the perfect house! Can’t recommend them enough.
