We came to Arizona October 15, 2025 when my son was accepted to the Mayo Clinic for severe injuries he sustained in OKC, OK. My son clinically died twice after being beaten. We have had amazing medical care here in Arizona. My son and I were passengers in a serious car accident as passengers in Gilbert, AZ in May of this year. Unfortunately after 5 months into his severe and complex medical care and the TBI’s and epilepsy we are still working on and had at that point in time over 50 medical care visits and or procedure’s. I am grateful nobody died however we both were injured in this severe car accident. So our case is extremely complex separating the prior injuries and the new injuries sustained. I have been working with West Coast Trial Lawyers about an accident I had in August 2023. I have had an excellent experience with this Firm. I highly recommend them. They took a case Where a rear and collision resulted In pain. Itwas exasperated By the fact that I have us you arthritis and fibromyalgia. I initially had a very negative experience with West Coast Trial Lawyers due to an interaction with what I believe was a paralegal, which left me frustrated enough to write a bad review. Following that, attorney Michael Perez reached out to address my concerns. He explained that the employee was new and offered an apology for the experience. Although the firm ultimately chose not to take my case—something I still don’t fully understand—Mr. Perez showed professionalism and courtesy by providing referrals to other law firms that may be able to help. We are very grateful to work with them. The whole team is very friendly and on top of everything. After the car accident, the insurance party that was at fault ignored us all the time, so we had to find a lawyer to help with the case.
