Westfield Valley Fair is one of the most impressive shopping centers I visited in San Jose. There is a great mix of fashion, restaurants, cafés, and beautifully designed stores. I especially enjoyed simply walking around and discovering different spaces and displays. The mall felt modern, clean, lively, and very well maintained. It is large enough that you can easily spend several hours here shopping, eating, or just exploring. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the San Jose area. 🧭 HELLO VOYAGER

A place you can get all the brands for all ages.Children in particular, so pretty clothes, shoes, caps, and the most important toys. Went there to pick up stuff for family and friends and was amazed by the ambiance and overall experience of shopping. Good eatables available, coffees and ice creams.

I am giving this a one-star rating entirely due to the updated parking fees. The first two hours used to be free, but during a recent visit that lasted about an hour and a half, I was surprised to find I owed $2 upon exiting the garage. After checking, I discovered the mall quietly changed its policy: only the first hour is now free. This new policy is incredibly disappointing and short-sighted. It’s going to hurt the businesses inside the mall. An hour is rarely enough time to do anything meaningful, and this extra fee destroys any incentive to drop in. For example, if I need to visit the AT&T store, I will absolutely choose a standalone location elsewhere rather than paying to shop here. Hopefully, management reconsiders this decision before they drive more foot traffic away.

I've been coming to Valley Fair since I was a kid, and after moving to Florida and being away for 5 years, I didn't realize how much I missed this place. First of all... what happened while I was gone?! 😂 This mall has grown and evolved so much. I was completely overstimulated in the best way possible and even got lost for a minute trying to find my way around. The variety of stores and food options is honestly unmatched. Whether you're shopping, eating, people watching, or all three, there is something for everyone. It feels like a destination, not just a mall. Now, let's be real. Parking can be a nightmare and there are hella people. 😅 But somehow it's still worth it. The energy, the diversity, and the endless options make it one of my favorite malls anywhere.

I haven't been there in a long time. This time I was impressed by the bright sleek interior design that allows natural light to shine through both floors, thanks to the high ceilings. There are lots of spacious seats along the wide paths, allowing people to rest after a long walk. The food court has a patio that faces the hills on the east bay. There are all kinds of stores and foods that cater to different age groups and appetites. I can easily spend hours there on a hot day, enjoy Koji rice sandwich and matcha soft serve, if there's a long line for the famous Ding Tai Fung. Notice though that the parking charges you $2/hr.
