Wonderful experience. We were greeted with collagen spritzers when we arrived. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I had a treatment with Katie who listened to my concerns and explained the treatment process. I highly recommend Katie!

I have to echo so many of the other reviews—Jessica is absolutely wonderful! She explains everything thoroughly, never makes you feel pressured to purchase additional services, and customizes her recommendations to each individual client. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely fun to talk with. I also know several people who go to this location, and every one of them has had a great experience, so my visit certainly lived up to the recommendations. The owners have clearly invested in creating a beautiful space, and it shows. The center is thoughtfully designed, with calming colors and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the entire process—from scheduling my appointment to completing the registration paperwork and receiving appointment reminders—was seamless. I really appreciated how easy everything was. I highly recommend Zen Regen!

I’ve been seeing Jessica for years now and have followed her between practices because I trust her completely. She takes the time to really analyze your face and recommend what will look best for you. Her goal is always natural, balanced results, and she’ll be honest if she doesn’t think you actually need something. I appreciate having a provider who prioritizes great results over what’s trendy. I also can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chambers. She gave me more answers about my rosacea in one visit than I’d gotten in years, and the treatment plan she and Jessica recommended (V-beam laser), completely changed my skin before my wedding. The entire team is wonderful. Kaylee and Brianna are always so kind and welcoming, and it’s clear everyone genuinely cares about the patient experience. I’ve referred many friends and family members here because I have complete confidence in this practice.

BEST decision ever to follow my esthetician from another facility to ZenReGen, JESSICA is awesome and educates her clients all while being such a pleasure to talk to. The atmosphere is amazing and truly calm, elegant and the ladies at the front desk amazing individuals to converse with!!! Truly an amazing experience. Took care of me very fast with an ease and listened to my concerns needs and want in regards to my personal service . Can’t wait for my next session. See you later beautiful ladies!!
