you know I would give this place a 5 star because I love the fact that it’s huge and it feels safe to leave your car here, but I will have to say that the customer service here is not great .. She’s a older lady with Grey hair, salt and pepper like.. Maybe Caucasian she was in the front where you get your ticket, today in the morning and she was really rude.. I was asking for my receipt and she yelled at me and snapped at me.. Like what kind of customer service is this? It’s my first time here in this parking lot. I usually go to the one on market but after today, I will never be returning here again because of this lady.. So to the people that are in charge, I recommend that you counsel this lady about her temper and manners if you want customers to be coming back..

Horrible experience parking here for a concert at the Rady Shell.I paid in advance and parked at your recommended garage — ACE parking 6th and K Garage. It was easy to park. But, it was a disaster trying to get out. It took 85 minutes to get out. Only 2 exits were available with 1 person per exit. The garage was full of automobile fumes as we patiently sat and waited and waited and wasted gas. I went and spoke to the Supervisor Rudy, who said there was nothing he could do as he had to scan each vehicle out with the QR code. I asked him why he could not leave the gates open so that we could all easily drive out and his response was that there were people who had not paid during entry. This is a big inconvenience that could easily be solved in several ways Collect payment when vehicles enter the garage Have more than2 people working Keep the gates open after the concert and do not inconvenience 100s of people for the few who have not paid.

Paid a week ahead of time for Padres parking and still got turned away at the gate because the lot was full. Their own receipt says parking is guaranteed for the day but on a “first come, first served” basis — which basically translates to “Pay now and you MIGHT get parking.” And because they don’t offer refunds, you’re out the money even when they don’t provide the service you paid for. Completely unacceptable and wrong.

Pretty pricy but super convenient. Literally right next to stadium entrance. I bought the parking pass from someone else. Say that because the sign at entrance said only monthly or pass Parkers allowed. Got there an hour before game and getting in was quick and then not to bad once inside. I left game early. Pretty confident that it would be an absolute circus to get out of garage and downtown after game is over.
