The only reason I’m escalating this is not primarily because of the conduct of individual employees, but because of the conduct of management. I’m posting this out of concern for public safety and basic professionalism, not to stir drama or score points. This ACE Parking location operates at 12th & Market, adjacent to UCSD, in a shared residential–commercial garage that serves approximately 426 residents. UCSD controls a portion of the first floor, but ACE Parking controls the entire flow of traffic for the whole building. The same narrow entrance is used by residents, UCSD events, general public parking, moving trucks, pedestrians, children, dogs, and people coming directly from the elevators into traffic. During UCSD events and ballgames, parking here routinely runs $45–$65 per day, which creates a constant influx of non-resident traffic. Many drivers don’t know where they are going, need directions, or are unfamiliar with the garage. At the same time, residents are trying to enter or exit, and move-ins frequently block lanes with large trucks. ACE Parking in San Diego was safe, clean, and affordable at about $1/hour. I felt confident my car was secure the entire time. Convenient and reliable — I’d definitely park here again!

Convenient, spacious, and decently clean parking structure downtown: $1/hr, $15 max. The first time coming here, the pay machine wouldn't take my card (paid with cash instead); the second time, it was broken, so I had to pay with card while leaving. In the end this wasn't a big problem though.

Great parking in the centre right next to the Gaslight District, good place to park and explore San Diego. Seemed spacious and safe with plenty of spots and rather interesting building design - sort of continuous parking spiral. Price was $6 for pretty much the entire Monday. You can pay with cash on machines or with card at the gate. The attendant lady was very helpful and lovely.
