Very dishonest establishment. They tried to sell me a specific model tire for 4x the price and when I found it at a different shop and showed it to them, they completely dismissed. Never going back!

Horrible Service ! Yes she did inform me of a micro hole in my tire but she definitely tried to scam me out of USED tire. My tire size was 265/35/22 & she tried to sell me a used tired (265/40/22) for $220. Everyone knows a used tired is averagely $40-$100. It’s like the moment she saw what kind of car I have (scatpack) she assumed she was going to gaslight me. Not sure if she was trying to make what she didn’t within the day or because it’s a 24hr shop. But DO NOT NOT GO HERE even if it’s last resort. Low profile or not a new tire cost $120-250 so that was just really outrageous.

My friend got a punctured tire late at night (3 a.m.) this past weekend and luckily she managed to get the car to this shop. I stopped by shortly after and I was pleased to see they were able to replace it with a used tire right then. They showed me the punctured tire and tested the replacement in front me. The price of slightly over $200 for an emergency service like that is very reasonable and I appreciate the speedy and professional work the guys at A-1 Auto did.

These guys have consistently helped me when I needed at the most. All hours of the day open have fixed two of my flat tires due to nails. Best place when you’re in a bind.

I called before the tow truck came to confirm that they plugged tires and how much it would cost whether they took cards or cash blah blah blah. I showed up 20 minutes after I called. They refused to plug my tire and would only try to sell me an overpriced used tire. Even the tow truck driver was mad! She told him "we're not going to help him unless he buys a tire" These are the worst kind of people. Don't give him your money!
